Q. How do you get paid if I'm ordering from Amazon.com?

A. Amazon prints and ships the shirts, but we design them. We receive royalties from Amazon when any of our designs sell, providing the item doesn't get returned.

Q. What brand are the shirts?

A. Amazon uses different brands for different shirts. They use Port and Company for standard t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies; and Bella+Canvas for premium t-shirts.

Q. Do the shirts run big, small, or right on?

A. The standard t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies run slightly small, please order a size up for a roomier fit. The Bella+Canvas premium t-shirts are designed to be fitted and not loose, order 2 sizes up for a roomier fit.

Q. Where can I find sizing charts?

A. Sizing charts are available on every listing below the design image(s). I also have them in .pdf files for your reference here: classic t-shirts, premium t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies.

Q. I placed an order and there is a problem with the shirt, what should I do?

A. Occasionally there is an issue with print quality on a garment. If that happens, contact Amazon and they will send a replacement right away. Their customer service is excellent!
